Interstride partners with institutions to offer a collaborative service to students. Only students from a partner institution can login to the Interstride application.
We provide an annual subscription based on the size of your international student population.
Our partners are generally career services offices or other departments within the student affairs division. We also partner with admissions, international student services, global engagement, and study abroad offices.
Yes, absolutely. A number of our partners have combined budgetary resources to onboard Interstride. In these cases, we provide administrative access to multiple departments.
Implementation can take one to two weeks on average. Single sign-on implementation depends on the partner institution’s IT resource availability.
We provide interactive training guide to both administrators and students. In addition to our training guides, we also offer monthly training demos to both students and administrators.
Since Interstride is a cloud-based software, we do not require any resources to launch the software, unless we are enabling the single sign-on process for students. After the agreement is signed, the onus is completely on Interstride to launch the application.
Marketing & Awareness
We provide dedicated support to each partner institution to help them engage their students. During the onboarding call, we will share a robust engagement strategy customized for your student population.
Interstride will share a complete marketing kit during the onboarding process. In addition, Interstride (with permission) can also initiate email campaigns and inform the international student organization, student newspaper, and other relevant departments on campus to market the application.
Our web application is responsive to screen size, so users can access Interstride through any browser on any type of device. Alternatively, students can also access Interstride through iOS and Android apps.
School administrators can log in to both the admin and student portals from any device.
Yes, we are fully compliant. We can share our accessibility conformance report upon request.
We have penetration tests and vulnerability test reports conducted by a third party. We can share these reports with your IT teams as well as provide HECVAT and SOC II reports upon request.
Service & Support
Administrators and students can contact Interstride directly from the Interstride portal. Each request from students or admin opens a ticket. One of our agents will respond to this ticket within 24 hours.
